 We’re looking for a hands-on, full-stack operator to lead a new 64Three portfolio company focused on AV integration for universities, hospital systems, and municipal clients. This is a unique opportunity to step into a company with existing contracts, strong recurring business, and room to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the P&L and leading day-to-day operations
• Building a team and strengthening key accounts 
• Driving growth through both project delivery and service contracts
   

Ideal background:

• Experience in AV, low-voltage systems, IT integration, or commercial trades
• Proven leadership of small, B2B operation serving similar end markets
• Management of $15M+ P&L for B2B firm, trade/contractor focus a plus
• Comfortable in institutional sales environments (RFPs, long sales cycles)
